Ciabatta/Panini Premix

Ciabatta/ Panini Pre-mix: is an easy-to-use pre-mix that yields a firm crust with an open texture without the need for a long fermentation process. It can be prepared and baked in the kitchen or outdoors. Just add water and oil and bake for 15 minutes. All our pre-mixes are GMO Free and manufactured with Stone Ground Millstone Artisan Flour.

This pre-mix is packaged in a 500g fully recyclable secure paper stand-up pouch with plastic lining that can easily be packed into your cooler box, side pannier, camping bag or picnic basket.
